About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support backend operations at Rebel Institute of Health. This is a limited-hours role (5–10 hours per week initially) with the opportunity to grow as the practice expands. You’ll handle digital organization, marketing support, and administrative tasks that keep our integrative health clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with newsletters, social media scheduling, and online marketing tasks.
Organize digital files, email communication, and light scheduling tasks.
Support backend operations as needed (invoicing follow-up, template creation, etc.).
Help maintain efficiency while ensuring brand consistency.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic design tools (Canva, Flodesk, etc.).
Prior exposure to functional medicine, wellness, or integrative health (through work, study, or personal experience).
Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
Flexible and reliable, able to handle limited but focused weekly tasks.
Note: This is a PRN, part-time role with very limited hours to start. Hours will increase as the business grows. Ability to come to the office if needed is preferred (this would be rare).
