About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for its Resource Management team within the Finance COO organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transparency and accountability of the company's resources, with a specific focus on workforce management. This role involves analysis, reporting, and governance metrics to ensure a sound operational resource environment across a diverse workforce. The VP will work closely with subject matter experts to achieve target state objectives and will be expected to provide executive-level governance and status reporting. Additionally, the role includes supporting the definition of finance-specific resource strategies, optimizing onboarding processes, and maintaining oversight on headcount reporting. Applicants must have a strong background in resource management, including planning, reporting, and location strategy. The role requires excellent presentation, analytical, and technical skills, as well as the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. A minimum of 5-8 years' experience is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing strategy and process improvement initiatives, and be adept at problem-solving with a high level of attention to detail. Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
