About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the organization, with a focus on strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The VP of Finance will be expected to have a strong understanding of financial principles and a deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to financial institutions. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in credit union or banking experience and be adept at leading a team and driving financial strategy. The role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of the organization, and the VP of Finance will play a key part in decision-making and long-term planning.
