Job Overview Verizon Sales Associate at Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC. Join a team committed to customer service, community impact, and inclusive growth. Responsibilities Advocate for customers, assist with product and service education, and drive sales and satisfaction. Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers seeking product information. Perform store opening and closing responsibilities and maintain operational procedures. Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants and more. Attend all required training, meetings, and development activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Full‑time schedule with flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 10%. Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods and lift 10 lbs as needed. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; eligible for benefits and promotion.
