Job Details

• Position: X-Ray Technologist
• Work hours: 12p-8p Monday-Friday

Job Requirements

• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position, within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration. MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
• Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
• Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15th - April 30th). No exemptions or waivers accepted.
• Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break, or documentation of a negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state.
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required for skill.
• MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in Skillset.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions, upon acceptance of assignment.
• MGB Education Verification to verify highest level education achieved.
• MGB SSN Trace must be run with Criminal check and list addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.

Schedule Information

• Shift: 12p-8p Monday-Friday

Additional Details

• Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred (3 vaccines or proof of immunity or declination).
• Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred.
• Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation after positive TB test.
