RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work on a 36-bed telemetry unit with patient ratios of 4:1 with cath recovery, maximum 6:1 ratio (may occasionally stretch to 7:1)
• Schedule includes every other weekend requirement • Float first policy applies to agency staff (may float to Ortho/Med-Surg units)• Work with remote telemetry monitors and Alaris pumps • Use Meditech documentation system • PCTs available on day and night shifts, unit clerks available on day shift • Must have telemetry experience • Advanced skills needed include knowledge of chest tubes and dysthymia training • Perform procedures including chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis and thoracentesis • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH • Dress code allows any scrubs except camo • Must follow telemetry monitoring policy and stroke policy • Strive to maintain 75% patient satisfaction rateFacility:
