Requirements
• Three years of related clinical experience in an adult or pediatric oncology
• Demonstrated professionalism
• Excellent communication and reflection skills
• The ability to:
o Work collaboratively on a team
o Provide and receive feedback and delegate
o Prioritize and adapt in stressful situations
• Unencumbered Oregon State Board of Nursing RN license
• External candidates: bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferably Hematological Malignancy and/or Solid Tumor experience
• Certified in oncology (Oncology Certified Nurse – OCN)
• Experience with leadership, projects, or participation in shared governance
