• Location: Cleveland, OH 44106 (Ohio nursing jobs)\n
• Unit: 30-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/28/2025 – End: 3/28/2026)\n
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site\n
• Open Positions: 2\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license\n
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry nursing\n
• Current Telemetry certification\n
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts\n
• Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD, Fit Test, Physical/Health Statement)\n
• Completion of required nursing skills checklist and competency exams\n
• Background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening required\n
• Valid Driver's License or State ID\n

\n\nRN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit\n
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed\n
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes\n
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions\n
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with hospital policies\n
