You will:

• Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable insights and diagnostic tools.
• Support the department in identification, analysis, and reporting on key projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting, respond to ad hoc reporting requests, and drive improvements to transportation cost efficiencies.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning initiatives.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree) required.
• 2-3 plus years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry
• Mastery of rating and pricing strategies
• Knowledge of national, regional, and niche carriers/brokers.
• A strong understanding of freight KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
