Title Insurance Sales Representative for Beeline Title

We are seeking to hire a motivated individual to join Beeline, a recognized leader in the title insurance and settlement services industry. Beeline specializes in delivering technology-driven settlement solutions to lenders, agents, and real estate organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other key referral sources
• Promote the companys title and escrow services through networking, cold calling, and industry events
• Conduct presentations, attend industry meetings, and represent the brand in a professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes

General Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in title insurance, mortgage, real estate, or related fields
• Strong network in the real estate or financial services industry preferred
• Candidates with an established book of business are strongly preferred and will be highly considered.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, & Google Workspace
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
