Acutronic is looking for a Test Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be r esponsible for procurement and material management activities, both analytical and transactional, to support the Company's goals/objectives and project requirements.  Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant purchasing, inventory, and supplier management experience.

Test Technician

Your Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Execute test procedures on products, systems, or components to verify functionality, performance and adherence to specifications and AS9100 standards
  • Examine test data, identify deviations from standards and determine the root cause of any issues or malfunctions
  • Work with test engineers to transfer from engineering to operations
  • Create detailed reports of test procedures, results and any identified issues
  • Ensure proper functioning and calibration of testing equipment, including performing routine maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Manufacturing to address testing-related issues and improve product quality

Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, from an accredited college or university, preferred
  • 3 years of relevant technician, preferred
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered
