Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Participate in solution functional architecture discussions. Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives). Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact and effort. Track progress and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks effectively.
