Job Description

Our association client is seeking a direct hire Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead strategic operations and lead the Talent Acquisition team!

About the Job:

• Build and maintain streamlined recruitment operations.
• Create a dashboard to track metrics and KPIs, in support of developing data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Stay on top of new tools and technologies, making recommendations of items to implement and enhance productivity.
• Ensure all recruitment strategies are executed and compliant with laws and regulations.
• Manage other talent and recruitment related areas as required.

About You:

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience with 2+ years of team management experience.
• A bachelor's degree is required; additional certifications are a plus!
• ATS and HRIS proficiency is required.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.

About the Position:

• $115K-$125K, depending on experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package in addition to an annual bonus.
• Hybrid schedule, 3 days/week onsite in the Alexandria, VA office.
