Job Summary
As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking various travel arrangements. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients.
Duties
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Provide recommendations on destinations, activities, and travel packages
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements
- Make reservations and bookings for hotels, tours, and other travel services
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to travel plans
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
- Experience in travel planning or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote travel packages
- Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
