****What you need to succeed****

* Respect for the simple beauty of hand-crafted specialty beverages and a friendly, outgoing personality to provide genuine, personalized service

* Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment; certified barista a plus

* Suggestive selling abilities and a general comfort in working with many people on a daily basis

* Big Picture focus (doing all the things at once, and doing them well), love of a fast-paced environment and keen attention to detail (people notice the little things, and this is where you shine)

****Physical Requirements****

* Lifting & Carrying - Up to 35 lbs. occasionally

* Pushing & Pulling- Up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally

* Occasional - Sit, walk, kneel, stoop, squat, climb & overhead reach

* Frequent Head turn, trunk bend, side reach, grasp, power grip, pinch, finger, manipulation, & feel

* Constant - Forward reach & stand
