We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious  Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires proficiency in operating both  stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials, load/unload shipments, and support inventory operations efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate  sit-down forklifts for pallet transport and dock work.
• Operate  stand-up reach trucks/order pickers for high-shelf inventory access and warehouse racking.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately per customer and internal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform routine forklift maintenance and safety inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• 1+ year of experience operating both  sit-down and stand-up forklifts .
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RF scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA forklift safety standards.
