JOB TITLE: Sr Aircraft Assembler Tank Sealant - Free Housing Support
LOCATION: North Charleston, SC
PAY RATE: $38/hour

Summary:
This is a non-managerial, non-leadership role involving complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual or automated assembly tools.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma/GED required.
7+ years of aviation experience required.
Min of 3+ years of in tank exp required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook.
Experience with CAD/3D drawing programs.
Familiarity with Internet Explorer.
Ability to interpret technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Skilled in applying sealants to surfaces per specifications.
Experience installing aircraft system components (e.g., panel installs).
Ability to operate mechanical lifts (ladders, tiger/snorkel lifts).
Proficient with tools such as rivet guns, bucking bars, screwdrivers, lock bolt pullers, ratchet wrenches, power tools, and other hand tools.
Knowledge of using chemical solvents, sealants, primers, adhesives, paints, and finishes.
Comfortable working in confined spaces with appropriate training and certification.
Capable of performing bond and ground measurements.
Experience with in-tank sealing, structural work, and fuel tank washing.
