Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Social Media Marketing Specialist serves as the voice and creative force behind Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resorts digital presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube. This role is responsible for developing content strategies, executing multimedia campaigns, and fostering real-time guest engagement to drive brand awareness, social growth, and community building. The Social Media Marketing Specialist is highly creative, strategically minded, and passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and audience engagementwhile maintaining brand consistency and timely execution.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or degree in closely related fields such as Business, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Advertising may be considered with demonstrated experience in marketing. 3+ years of professional experience in a marketing environment is required, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry. Experience must include hands?on involvement in online marketing campaigns and/or social media management. Additional training or certifications in digital marketing, advertising, or public relations are considered a plus.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in managing a variety of online and social media platforms for business such as Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. Must have knowledge of social media publishing and listening tools, such as Sprout Social and/or Meta Business Suite. Knowledge of Microsoft as as basic Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or graphic design is required.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
