Job Title: Social Media Manager

Pay Rate: $40- $43/hour. on W2 without benefits.

Duration: 4-Month Contract

Location: Woonsocket, RI / Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Role Summary:

The Manager, Social Media & Community Management will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Front Store–related owned social initiatives and community engagement efforts. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across social programs, guiding social content strategy, and leading proactive community engagement across multiple platforms. The manager will collaborate closely with business partners to understand goals and provide strategic recommendations on how social media—both owned and community-driven—can advance brand affinity, loyalty, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will influence cross-functional stakeholders, build strong relationships, and showcase the value of growing and nurturing social communities. This role partners closely with the Director of Social Media, marketing strategists, creative teams, media colleagues, and agency partners to bring strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the onboarding activities and ensure they are completed.
  • Manage and execute owned social media strategies for Front Store campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Develop content and engagement strategies informed by social listening to drive loyalty, channel health, and positive sentiment around the client's brand.
  • Lead proactive community engagement across multiple social platforms.
  • Collaborate with and help manage multiple internal teams and external agencies (creative, community management, social listening, influencer).
  • Provide clear guidance and strategic direction to the agency and creative partners for developing owned social content.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media communities for a brand or supporting social engagement strategies/execution.
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Proven experience in B2C social media management.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams, serving as the social media SME.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social engagement strategies that support multiple business units and drive consumer affinity.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
