Site Security Supervisor

Pay Rate: $22.36/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 3PM-11PM, with availability for additional hours as needed.
Site Hours: 128 hours weekly
Location: Rochester, NH

Securitas Security Services is actively seeking a committed and enthusiastic Site Security Supervisor to lead operations at a prominent client site in Rochester, NH. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to advance their career in security leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Security Officers and assigned personnel, ensuring adherence to post orders and completion of patrols/rounds.
  • Respond effectively to incidents and escalate to the appropriate client representatives and authorities during emergencies.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions for team members while accurately documenting all interactions.
  • Educate and train security staff, ensuring they understand post orders and their assignments.
  • Assist with payroll submission and personnel administration as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure all posts are adequately covered.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the site and meet with officers to clarify expectations and tasks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, proactively ensuring security requirements are met while upholding exceptional customer service.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols tailored to the Rochester site.
  • Monitor ongoing operations and respond swiftly to incidents, coordinating with emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and personnel documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to management and client contacts.
  • Occasionally perform Security Officer duties based on post orders and company guidelines.
  • Engage in supervisory functions consistent with company policy, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Two years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred: a minimum of two years in retail experience.
  • Must fulfill all licensing requirements for Security Officers.

  • Clear communication capabilities are essential.
  • Driving may be necessary.
  • Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions while on duty.
  • Handling sensitive information may be required.
