**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Safety Monitor to join our team. This individual will work as part of the safety department and play a crucial role in ensuring safety compliance on our job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain site housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Deliver ice and water to crew members to promote hydration and well-being.
- Relocate restrooms as necessary to support site operations.
- Erect barricades to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
- work closely with the safety department.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be local to the area.
- Previous experience in solar or construction is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Pay:
- Competitive pay rate of $16 - $18 per hour.
