Title - Senior Test Engineer
Location - Tampa FL ( 3 days hybrid)
This is a W2/IC role and not open to 3rd party contracting
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python and TestNG/JUnit.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies, create automated test cases, and ensure high test coverage.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and execute regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing.
Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and drive resolution through effective defect tracking.
Mentor junior testers and enforce best practices in automation, code quality, and testing standards.
