Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Job Title:  Senior Project Manager
Job Location:  Santa Clara, CA 
Salary: $180k-$210k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k, etc. 
Requirements: 8+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Life Sciences/Labs, or related

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor primarily focused on projects related to Commercial, Office spaces, Life science/Labs, etc. 

Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Senior Project Managers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 10+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager 
• Experience on TI Projects for commercial projects
• Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
