Our client, a private equity backed business, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team in a newly created position. The role is designed to partner directly with the CFO and CEO on all aspects of FP&A and financial operations. This highly visible role will provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and play a key part in driving growth.
The Senior Finance Manager will have the unique opportunity to occasionally travel with the CEO to their various sites in the SE, presenting financial results and explaining performance metrics to operational leaders. Additionally, this role will be involved in M&A activity, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the CFO and CEO on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
Develop and maintain financial models, including compensation models
Provide actionable insights to operations and explain financial performance to field leadership
Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial and operational improvements
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred but not required)
7–10+ years of progressive finance experience
Proven experience partnering directly with operations and senior leadership
Multi-site experience required; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Strong FP&A background with advanced financial modeling skills
Demonstrated career stability and growth within prior roles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
