About the Role

This position oversees data management for all global studies, including sourcing, collection, processing, privacy, integrity, and distribution. You'll ensure accuracy throughout the study lifecycle, support adverse event documentation, and contribute to formal regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify data sources, oversee collection pathways, and manage data processing and flows.
• Maintain data privacy, perform quality control checks, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing of clinical databases.
• Align closely with biostatistics on data requirements and analysis.
• Manage study close-out activities and database lock.
• Ensure detailed adverse event documentation and coordinate related data collection.
• Manage communication of adverse event reporting to designated medical partners.
• Finalize report shells with Medical Affairs and support regulatory submissions.
• Distribute study data to sites and manage long-term data retention.
• Define and maintain internal data management processes and study-specific data plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and data requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and related tools.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
