Base pay range $114,700.00/yr - $194,900.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Fund Administrator Specialist will be responsible for: Fund Administration Support – perform and oversee daily fund administration tasks as needed including account reconciliations, NAV calculations, financial statement reviews, and independent price testing to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables. Cross-Team Collaboration – serve as an expert resource within the dedicated client team, providing back up support, assisting with complex client needs and driving cross functional projects as assigned. Operational Bench Strength – act as a flexible resource within the fund administration team stepping in to handle key tasks during periods of increased volume, staffing transitions, or specialized project needs. Process Improvement – identify and recommend process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within the fund administration workflows, working closely with internal teams and client to implement best practices. Documentation and Training – create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all fund administration processes and lead training sessions to strengthen overall team knowledge and bench depth Qualifications Degree in Accounting and a CPA is a plus Prior FOS Assurance experience at a Big 4 is a plus. Exceptional Depth in Fund Administration & Oversight: Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of progressive experience, encompassing hands-on NAV calculation, reconciliation, financial reporting, and the oversight of third-party administrators for diverse fund structures (public, private, hedge funds). A technical expertise in Fund Administration is vital to this role. Proven Process Improvement & Project Leadership: A track record of identifying and implementing efficiencies, process improvement measures and heading up technology and improvement projects.
