Job Description

Responsibilities of the Senior Reviewer role will include:

• Technical review and sign off as an EP on Phase I ESA’s.
• Coordinate with junior staff throughout the Phase I ESA process.
• Interaction with clients on preliminary, draft and final findings of the report.
• Coordinate and manage tasks associated with the implementation of research and field activities and report preparation.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Develop conclusions and recommendations for further action.
• Interpret information and analytical data.
• Review and revise reports prepared by junior staff and provide feedback.
• Prepare technical reports for submittal to clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related science field required.
• Five or more years’ experience performing Phase I ESAs and five to ten years or more technically reviewing and providing Senior sign off on Phase I ESA’s.
• Experience preparing equity purchase Phase I ESA’s.
• Experience preparing Lender Phase I ESA’s.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Resourcefulness and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willingness to perform a variety of assignments on short notice
• Asbestos and Lead training
