Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking Am Law firm with a fully integrated eDiscovery and technology stack, is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Counsel to join its thriving team. This lynchpin role will be pivotal in high-stakes matters and support the growth of its AI governance initiatives through strategic initiatives and innovative vision. This position offers the opportunity to advise on complex discovery strategy, data privacy, compliance, and records retention—particularly for clients in highly regulated industries. The ideal candidate brings significant eDiscovery experience, deep knowledge of advanced AI tools, and strong litigation and client counseling skills. While there is a preference for Chicago, New York, or Dallas, our client is flexible as to office location for the right person; this is a hybrid position.

Expected salary for this exempt role is $290,000 - $320,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
