Position Responsibilities
Recruit active and passive candidates for senior-level corporate for Merchandising, Purchasing and Real Estate positions using job board sites, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
Partner with hiring managers to understand the business, their talent needs and what it takes to be successful in each position.
Identify and recommend recruiting strategies and ideas to support our growing business.
Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other organizations to find talent and stay current with market conditions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years in sales, recruiting or a related human resources function.
Experience in a recruiting agency setting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
