GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Tactical Security Officer!

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as semi-conductor facilities, retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Site Location: Chandler, Arizona 
• Set schedule, we have 1 shift available:
  • Shift 1- Full time, Saturday & Sunday 1st Shift 4:00am to 12:00pm and Monday & Friday 2nd Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm (32 hours per week)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors arriving at the property. Assisting with inquiries and directions. Enforce safety, health, and security priorities. Assist with keeping the property safe, clean, and presentable.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises.
• Maintain certification for CPR, First Aid, and AED.
• Provide basic security services, key control, patrols, event security, etc. Respond professionally in any and every emergency safety situation.
• Write comprehensive incident reports and conduct thorough investigations. Assist with follow-up on investigations.
• Exterior/Interior site foot and vehicle patrols, operating a company vehicle with tech platform and compliance operating procedures. Following checkpoints to accurately document activity on shift.
• De-escalate the transient population to move off property when necessary.
• Timely and effectively respond to any situation, monitor and provide Surveillance for access control.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Client Security Manager or Management.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• You have an AZ Unarmed Security License (Required) 
• You have a valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (Required)
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED (Required) 
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
