DI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the needs of our business. **This position is contingent upon award of contract** Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability. Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades. Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards. Develop and maintain validation rules, workflows, and process automation. Provide user support and training, including creating and maintaining documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Manage Salesforce integrations with other systems and third-party applications. Monitor and manage data quality, including data imports, data cleansing, and deduplication. Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, providing recommendations for improvements. Assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and schedule development. Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing. Provide application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects, and providing root cause analysis for defects. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance-related issues. Support post-deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes. Applicants must be current citizens of the United States and hold a current, active security clearance of Public Trust or higher. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security, and data management. Experience with Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Flow. Experience with Salesforce Community Portals. Knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, Single Sign-On). Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Other Key Skills Experience collaborating with teams to improve processes that align with agency goals while demonstrating the ability to deliver excellent results and maintain a collegial work environment. Experience using verbal and written communication with internal and external users. Ability to work independently to analyze issues and resolve problems. Experience prioritizing work and meeting time-sensitive deadlines, including follow-through while balancing and prioritizing multiple activities and responsibilities. Demonstrated experience engaging in creative problem solving and taking initiative, while utilizing a solutions-oriented approach and exhibiting flexibility and good judgment in a complex organizational ecosystem.
