Purpose of the Job We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce administrator to ensure that our corporation maximizes our investment in the CRM. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, implementing flows and automations, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. To ensure success as a Salesforce administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales department operations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products including updates and new releases
  2. Assisting Salesforce integration with other platforms (Sales Engagement, Marketing Automation, Customer Portal, etc).
  3. Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  4. Importing sales department and marketing leads, contacts, and other data.
  5. Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  6. Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  7. Providing documentation, training, support, and communication on system changes to end users.
  8. Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  9. Updating record fields and field options, page layouts, and flows to support sales initiatives.
  10. Maintaining Sandbox Refresh Interval, Salesforce Backups and Development Processes. Provide global support for these processes.
Qualifications: Education & Experiences A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous. 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment. Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification preferred. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems. Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. Competencies, Skills & Knowledge Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. General business sense and the ability to achieve business outcomes. Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports. Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
