We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Industrial Cleaning Products team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth and expand our business in both existing and new accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, meeting sales quotas, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys challenges, and has a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop a sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain relationships by understanding needs and providing solutions.
- Actively seek out sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
- Continuously improve through feedback, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, specifically dealing with Industrial Products, cleaning products a major plus
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent territory management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
