Position Overview

• Work Hours: Weekdays, flexible daytime schedule
• Compensation: $72,000–$108,000/year
• Location: Remote (U.S. applicants only)

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

• Support sales team by handling basic administrative tasks
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with general follow-ups
• Maintain digital records of transactions and invoices
• Help organize internal documents and track sales activity
• No cold calling or outbound sales required

Preferred Qualifications

• No experience needed - we offer paid training
• High school diploma or GED is a plus
• Comfortable with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Clear communication skills and an eye for detail
• Self-motivated and reliable working independently
