Registered Nurse - Outpatient Clinic We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and leadership skills, ensuring the highest quality of patient care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care activities, and serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. This role is pivotal in maintaining clinical excellence and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients. Valid nursing license in the state of practice. Proven experience in clinical settings such as Level I Trauma Centers or acute care facilities. Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and acute pain management practices. Familiarity with medical-surgical nursing principles and memory care protocols. Experience in ophthalmology or spinal tap procedures is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide nursing teams. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
