We are a leader in property development and management, and we are expanding our portfolio with new developments. We’re looking for the best and brightest Property Manager in the area to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the ownership and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the properties.

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly

• Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met
• Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers
• Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
• Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property
• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants
• Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes

• Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards is being upheld

• Past sales experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
• Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
