Job Title:- Digital Technology Staff Engineer (React Developer) Location : Remote Job Type - Contract to Hire on W2 MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS/TOP 6 SKILLS NEEDED: a. Software Engineering Generalist able to work across technologies and layers of the stack
b. Experience developing and delivering mobile apps, preferably with cross-platform solutions (e.g. React Native)
c. TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, React Native, Node.js)
d. Experience with modern application architectures leveraging public cloud technology and services
e. Experience as multidisciplinary engineer handling as aspects of shipping code to production (development, QA automation, CI/CD pipeline automation, IaC, observability automation)
f. Experience in successful delivery of high-quality, high-volume, performant Digital experiences and applications
We're looking for people with a strong background or interest in building quality customer-facing products and systems; you're comfortable in working on an Agile team that owns all aspects of their SDLC; you have exquisite attention to detail; and you're comfortable using and learning different technologies and systems. You have a strong background and passion in building successful full stack systems, services and APIs that deliver impactful products to customers. You are comfortable in dealing with change. You love to take initiative and have a bias towards action.
YOU WILL: •Deliver customer-facing experiences for mobile (primary channel) and web, directly contributing to core interface design and write code.
•Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable and performant services and systems.
•Make significant hands-on contributions to deliver critical projects and bring value to customers.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including dependent engineering teams, product, design, infrastructure and operations.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS: •A strong technical background, including software delivery experience as a generalist working on the front-end, back-end and any other technology needed to deploy code to production. You will work mostly with TypeScript & JavaScript on new experiences and APIs (Angular, React, Ionic, React Native, Node.js) with the potential to work in existing applications built with Java and .NET.
•A true passion for customer experience, performant applications and quality.
•Experience running software on public cloud platforms, developing applications with cloud services and automated cloud pipelines.
•Experience in successful delivery of high-quality, scalable production services and systems.
•Experience in test-driven development and deployment through Agile DevOps methodology, mindset and best practices.
•Hands-on experience with automation including test automation, IaC, and automated releases.
•Experience building and contributing to CI/CD platform and processes using best-in-class DevOps and Observability tooling.
•Experience with serverless development.
•Can thrive in a collaborative environment involving multiple stakeholders and subject matters experts.
