POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The QA Manager will oversee QA team and strategy, ensuring comprehensive testing plans that guarantee functionality, performance, information security and alignment with project quality objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors of Science in relevant field, Computer Science, Business, Engineering
• 6+ years of experience of QA
• Extensive experience in large scale design and implementation projects
• Masters in relevant field (desired)

CERTIFICATIONS:

• ISTQB Advanced Level, Six Sigma or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and procedures
• Manage QA resources and testing timelines
• Ensure test coverages for peak usage, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
• Establish and monitor automated and manual testing pipelines
• Collaborate with developers and analysts for issue resolution and release readiness
• Provide senior technical support to QA team on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques

SKILLS:

• Proficient working with Load Runner, Cypress, Gherkin, Splunk, Azure DevOps
• Basic knowledge of the SDLC process and the Waterfall development methodology
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure adherence to established project timelines
