Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Public Finance Attorney to join our team and support complex municipal, governmental, and public-sector financing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, or underwriter’s counsel on a range of public finance transactions
• Draft and review transaction documents, bond resolutions, financing agreements, and related public-sector materials
• Advise cities, counties, special districts, agencies, and public authorities on statutory compliance and financing structures
• Collaborate with financial advisors, underwriters, and government officials on large-scale municipal projects and P3 initiatives

Qualifications:

• Prior public finance or municipal law experience involving bond work, governmental transactions, or complex financing
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to handle technical transaction documents and regulatory requirements
• Licensed attorney in the state of practice, or eligible for timely admission
