Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Project Manager for a project in Hudson Valley , Dutchess County.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.

• Communication skills to work directly with the client.
• Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance.
• Manage contractor compliance with documents.
• Manage multiple-contractor projects.
• Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process

• NICET Level III certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or CCM Certification preferred
• 10+ years of successful project management experience
• 5+ years site civil work
• DOT experience 
• Unit price contract experience a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 Minimum Certification

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment. Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate’s qualifications and location.
