Job Description - KPF Compliance Projects - Project Manager Level 2
We are looking for a level 2 technology project manager to lead/coordinate multiple Personal Finance projects. The PM needs to be highly engaged in the work to establish and maintain schedules, manage issues, risks, and dependencies and own project communications. Meeting coordination, facilitation and follow-up will require strong communication within and outside of the immediate project teams. This individual will be able to keep technical teams on track and work to escalate issues as appropriate. This individual will provide support to and receive guidance from a more senior-level Program Manager. Abilities/Skill and Other Requirements - Exceptional Project Management Skills are assumed

•TOP: Experience working with leading stakeholder groups, including technical, product, business and vendor teams.
•TOP: Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation skills.
•Excellent MS Office toolset skills.
•3rd-party vendor management experience a plus.
•Proven track record of schedule development and delivering objectives on time and within budget against that schedule.
•Agile and waterfall project experience.
•Ability to anticipate and manage project risks.
•Confident, solution-oriented independent worker.
•Must work effectively with managing different sets of business, technology and vendor stakeholders.
•Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
•Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation.
•PMP or CAPM certification or equivalent experience is preferred or must be working toward certification. Key Responsibilities
•Establish and update project plans and manage deviations from the plan.
•Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the project scope.
•Meeting coordination, facilitation and follow-up.
•Status and progress reporting on a regular cadence (daily, weekly as needed)
•Create and track schedules, risks and issues, and budget (when applicable).
•Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed.
•Maintain project communications with stakeholders at multiple levels.
•Work with peers to develop and drive goals, define technical specifications and detailed implementation plans for project.
