Job Description:
As a Project Manager, will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time, within scope, within budget, and to oversee various IT projects


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate internal and external resources, manage project teams, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards
• Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities, decisions, and changes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential negative impacts

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within IT
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required; additional Client IT Agency PM certification is a plus
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
