About the Job:
As the Product Manager, Crispy Chicken & Nacho Fries , you will oversee the strategic direction, development, and execution of product and promotional initiatives within the Crispy Chicken and Nacho Fries categories. You will lead cross-functional teams in leveraging key consumer insights, generating innovative product and promotional concepts, and shaping strategic marketing plans that drive both top-line and bottom-line growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative, and analytical leader who can dream big, bring a distinctive point of view, and execute with excellence in a fast-paced environment. You inspire both creative and executional teams, continually measure and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and adjust strategies to maximize performance across designated limited-time offers (LTOs).

Salary Range: $134,500 to $150,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
