Process Operator

Location: Sheldon, IA - Soy-003

Responsibilities:

AGP is seeking a Process Operator in Sheldon, IA. In this role, you will:

1. Operate production machinery, adjust controls, and observe equipment operations.
2. Collect samples following standard operating procedures.
3. Maintain logs of gauge readings and shift production.
4. Clean the production area and perform routine maintenance.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Basic math skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and business contacts

• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent required
