Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Private Equity Fund Manager to lead and manage our private equity fund investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying evaluating and managing investment opportunities as well as developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximize fund performance. This role requires strong analytical skills extensive industry knowledge and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Management: Identify evaluate and execute private equity investments in line with the funds strategy and objectives. Conduct thorough due diligence financial modeling and risk assessments.

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of the funds portfolio companies providing strategic guidance and support to ensure growth and value creation. Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement strategies as needed.

  • Fundraising: Collaborate with senior management and investors to raise capital for new funds. Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors highnetworth individuals and other potential capital sources.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement investment strategies and policies to achieve the funds longterm goals. Stay abreast of market trends and economic conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on fund performance investment opportunities and market conditions to stakeholders including the funds board of directors and investors.

  • Compliance: Ensure all investments and fund operations comply with relevant regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support transparency and accountability.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment. Provide guidance on investment analysis deal structuring and negotiation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.

  • Experience: Experience in private equity investment banking or a related field with a proven track record of successful investments and fund management.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in financial modeling valuation and due diligence. Excellent communication negotiation and leadership abilities. Proficiency in investment software and tools.

  • Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving skills. High level of integrity professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
