The ideal President/CEO will serve as the face of the Credit Uniona leader who embodies our mission to serve members and to expand access to banking services across our community. This leader will energize and align their team with the organizations strategic vision, staying ahead of industry trends while anticipating the evolving needs of both members and the Credit Union. Confident yet humble, they recognize the value of surrounding themselves with experts, thrive in a collaborative environment, and know when to make bold, thoughtful decisions that move the organization forward.
