Job Description:
As a result of continued growth We are seeking a motivated Powder Coat Supervisor to oversee the entire powder coat process of our large diesel fuel tanks, steel/aluminum enclosures and steel frames. Responsibilities: (what you will be doing) * Powder Coat Line Supervision. * Monitor production, solve manufacturing issues and keep workflow running smoothly. * Ensure production completion by deadline. * Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions * Set up and operate machines to paint or coat steel and aluminum with powder paint. * Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections * Operate auxiliary machines or equipment used in coating or painting processes. * Record operational data on specified forms. * Lead, motivate and promote safety while ensuring a quality product.
