Position: Post-Construction Cleaner (Independent Contractor)
Location: Los Angeles County (Applicants must be based in or around the LA area) Must be able to commute with no issues.
Key Requirements:
Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in post-construction cleaning, including debris removal, dusting, polishing, window cleaning, and handling construction materials and residue.
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Must come fully equipped with your own PPE, including a hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety goggles, and a high-visibility vest.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required. You must be able to commute to job sites in and around LA County without issues.
Schedule Flexibility: We are open Monday through Saturday with a flexible schedule. You will have control over your hours and days worked.
Independent Contractor: This position is for W9 independent contractors only.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed post-construction cleaning tasks, including removal of construction dust, debris, and any leftover materials.
Clean and sanitize various surfaces, windows, floors, and fixtures.
Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are maintained throughout the job site.
Follow company protocols for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
