We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Plastic Mold Injection Operator to join our team. As a Plastic Mold Injection Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Port Richie, FL 34668
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour for 1st shift, $15.35 per hour for 2nd shift
- Shifts:
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines according to established procedures and guidelines
- Monitor machine operation to ensure production of high-quality plastic parts
- Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and process issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience operating plastic injection molding machines is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
