RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Physician Recruiter coordinates the recruitment and hiring/orientation of physicians, mid-levels, (NP/PA) and staff/allied healthcare positions to meet the patient care needs of Emory Healthcare Develops strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization Partners with operations to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with Emory Healthcare's goals and objectives Manages physician recruitment and hiring processes for The Emory Clinic and favorably presents the practices and delivers quality candidates, matching hiring needs in a cost-effective, proactive and responsive manner Supports practice communication needs and acts as a liaison between and among physicians, candidates, and administrative leadership

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
